May 15, 2026"Service by all staff was so good! I want to shout out Sibby especially she was amazing! She was very attentive and even got me ice for my water. She was the best service I’ve had in a long time at more a casual dining restaurant. And store was very clean and new - a nice atmosphere."

Apr 26, 2026"Me and my partner don’t get grill’d often but when we do, we love coming to the Mount Om store! My review below proves my point! We came here tonight 14/10/25 around 9pm and got served by the lovely Paige! Honestly the girl needs a raise, I haven’t had customer service like that in forever and whilst she was pumping out heaps of orders, she continued to have a smile and just the interaction we had with her was amazing! Service was so quick despite it being busy and the food, I mean always spot on what can I say? But Paige you are GREAT! Loved your service so much and even though I only got to chat to you briefly via the drive through I can very quickly see that you’ve got an incredibly bubbly, genuine personality about yourself! People don’t often get service like me & my partner did from you tonight but that little chat with you made both of our days! Hope the rest of your night went smooth sailing & Mount Om manager if you see this, we adore her! Please pass on the great feedback directly! Will be telling everyone about this Grill’d and the lovely staff! Paige all the best with everything if we don’t see you soon! What a great human! :)"

Feb 28, 2026"First time dining in and we had a great experience. Friendly warm welcome, great service, didn’t wait long for food to come out and the food itself was perfect. Special mention to the young man working today. From the moment we walked up to the door we were greeted by him, served at the counter and checked in on while having our meal. Not to mention he cleared away tables and wiped them down straight after people had left. He’s the main reason why we’ll be back. Thank you."
